RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
For purposes of this Return and Refund Policy, “we” or “our” refers to Inspirancy LLC, and “you” or “your” refers to the customer. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully as it constitutes your agreement with us.
By engaging us to provide our products, you agree to be legally bound by this Return and Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time.
Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and your continued use of our services after such time will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.
At Inspirancy LLC we do all we can to meet your high expectations and stock products you will love but sometimes we understand that changes are needed, please read carefully our return policies:
We accept returns of undamaged/unworn/unused goods sent back in its original package. Not all of our products are eligible for return. This return policies only applies to products sold in our online stores. Does not include any Design or Conversion Services.
We allow customers to return some of our products within a period of 14 days in the event the product is not as stipulated as in our website, you must send an email to us here
Requests for refunding products that have suffered damage involving misuse of the products, are not accepted. You understand that Inspirancy LLC has the discretion to analyze and decide whether the product is being used in a proper manner.
DAMAGED ITEMS MEANS ITEMS HAVE BEEN DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
To help you efficiently, please report to customer service about the damaged Interior design or Van Conversions products within 48 hours after you received the item and do not discard the damaged item & its packaging. See I Receive a Damaged Item for further details.
To qualify for a defective return, one of the following must apply:
Item has a defect, or is faulty or malfunction
Incorrect item was received
We recommend you to check the items within 48 hours of receipt and report to our customer service as soon as possible here. Please offer a copy of your original order confirmation, confirm the item number & QTY of the defective item(s), photographs or video clearly showing the defect(s). Depending on the situation, we will be responsible for refunds, exchange or replacements according to your preference within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, Inspirancy LLC will make every attempt to rectify, But manufacturer defects found after 30 days of receipt are directed to the manufacturer’s warranty.
HANDMADE AND DESIGNED PRODUCTS
All of our handmade products are handcrafted individually and offered as a (one-of-a-kind) and made to your order request. If you order one of these products, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted for this type of product. Other items that can’t be returned, including:
Designed Furniture Pieces
Offline purchase (items or parts unlisted on our website)
Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
Please note, any items returned without authorization will not qualify for a refund and be rejected on delivery to our returns center
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
This is how refunds work:
We sincerely apologize to you If our products don't satisfy you. If you confirm that you want to return the package, please send an email to us. Once your request is received and the product qualifies for being returned, we will send you an authorization code and label for you to mail back to us or directly to our supplier. We will refund you in full when we receive the package.
All refunds will be made to the method of payment on which the original purchase was made within 14 days of the product being received back by us or by our direct supplier. In the event that Inspirancy LLC is unable to credit your original method of payment, you will be contacted by a member of our Customer Service team to arrange an alternate method of refund.
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAILING YOUR PACKAGE
Securely pack the items in a box.
Remember to include the Return Merchandise Authorization inside the package.
Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
Use the address listed above and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
Remember you will need to cover the shipping cost.
On faulty products, after the 14-day cancellation period, we reserve the right to offer a replacement where appropriate.
For some of our international products, the return process might require filing disputes directly with the supplier. Once we have received your request for a refund, if your product falls into this category, we will inform you and give you directions of the process to follow. Generally the option to open a dispute will become available on the 11th day after you have received the goods.
Please note, if the package is in transit and still within normal delivery logistics time, you can not open a dispute. There is a 15 days protection time for you to open a dispute after delivery is completed.
Please pay attention to the deadline of the delivery time (PST) on the order detail page. Inspirancy LLC does not will be responsible for a dispute result or follow up in case a return is denied when product has been damaged/worn/used. Not all of our products are eligible for being returned.
In the event any provision or part of this Return and Refund Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof.
