Inspirancy LLC is committed to the full satisfaction of our customers. Our products are supplied by multiple domestic and international wholesale manufacturers, as well as designed and created by us. 


We offer different shipping times and refund options that will vary according to specific products. These shipping and refund policies only apply to our product catalog from our online stores and do not apply to any design or conversion services requested.


Handmade & Design Products Appearance: Please keep in mind that our handmade pieces are 100% handcrafted. The benefit of purchasing handmade items is that they are completely unique and full of character and will vary slightly from those reflected in the photos.


Our home designed pieces have an elegant look and may display cracks, impressions or other characteristics generally associated with the handmade look. These characteristics add personality to the items and will be considered to be desired features by a buyer at the time of purchase.  Delivered items will not necessarily be identical to the one featured on its product page since all of our handmade pieces are one of a kind; made with real woods and handcrafted individually.


Some of our products are in stock while others will ship directly from our supplier's warehouses.  We also provide exclusive products that are ordered customized for each client and ship from our local store.


All orders received Monday through Friday are generally processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once an order is processed, the shipping method you choose will determine when you receive your order.  Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not from the time you place your order. 


The shipping estimate does not include the processing time.  Most orders are processed within 48 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing the next business day.  Shipping estimates are from the time an order ships, not from when the order is placed. However, if you decide to cancel an order AFTER the order is processed, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled.


Please read the shipping policy for each product type before buying the product.  The customer is responsible for payment of all shipping and handling costs.

We have different shipping options available. Some products will take a period of up to 14 days to be delivered while others will take up to a period of 6 weeks when our suppliers are located outside the United States.  Order to make products will vary but our estimated processing time will be 2-4 weeks. Kindly factor in the above mentioned timelines as you settle on your preferred mode of shipping.  Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.


It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the shipping address is entered correctly.  Inspirancy LLC does its best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.  Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. 


a. Undeliverable and Refused Package


If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges and handling fees.


Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.


You can only specify one address per order.  If you are buying several items and want to send them to multiple addresses. You will need to order them separately. ( For example: you want to buy an item for yourself and an item to be shipped to a friend as a gift), you will need to purchase the items separately.


Oversized items are large products including most furniture, bathtubs, multi-toilets, multi-bathroom sinks, etc.  These items must ship by Freight Outside Home Delivery Service in which cost is subject to size or weight.

Freight Outside Home Delivery covers delivery to the first dry area outside of the home only.  Delivery lead time is about 2-4 weeks from the time the order leaves our warehouse. 

Carrier will call you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time that will vary depending on the freight carrier's schedule. Whatever information you can give during the phone call will be given to the driver to make the delivery easier for them and for you.

Inform the carrier if you have any circumstances that could affect the delivery (additional fees may apply):

  • Very narrow driveway

  • Dead-end street

  • Ferry for island locations, etc. (fees may apply)

  • The driver will need to park in a particular place

  • Delivery to a side door or garage entrance

  • Storage Fees: Daily storage fees may also apply if you do not accept a delivery within 5 business days of the freight carrier’s first attempt to schedule delivery.  If you missed the phone call from the freight carrier, then contact the freight carrier back as soon as possible. After 5 business days, the freight carrier may store your item and you may be charged storage fees. Please make sure not to miss your delivery appointment; you may incur additional delivery fees such as re-delivery, storage charges, and/or return shipping costs.

  • **Freight Outside Home Delivery for Oversized items is only available on orders shipped in the 48 continental United States and cannot be shipped to rural routes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes


Inspirancy LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.


Inspirancy LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the purchaser (tariffs, taxes, etc).


Sorry, at this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses, so customers need to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, it will delay shipment of the order.
