The customer is responsible for payment of all shipping and handling costs.

We have different shipping options available. Some products will take a period of up to 14 days to be delivered while others will take up to a period of 6 weeks when our suppliers are located outside the United States.  Order to make products will vary but our estimated processing time will be 2-4 weeks for handmade products. Kindly factor in the above mentioned timelines as you settle on your preferred mode of shipping.  Please consider any holidays or Covid-19 delays that might impact delivery times.

Because our furniture is handcrafted individually and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.

Our home furniture is designed to look rustic and may display cracks, impressions or other characteristics generally associated with the rustic look. These characteristics add personality to the furniture and will be considered to be desired features by a buyer at the time of purchase.  Delivered furniture will not necessarily be identical to the one featured on its product page since all of our furniture is made with real woods and handcrafted individually.
