Are you RVIA certified? When it comes to compliance and building codes, tiny mobile homes are still coming into their own. Is a tiny home an RV that requires American National Standards Institute (ANSI) certification? Or is a van a tiny house considered a permanent dwelling that needs to be built according to International Residential Code (IRC)? At Inspirancy we let the tiny homeowner decide what specification they need for their situation. Maybe you are planning to place the Van or Skoolie on a spot and never move it again. Or maybe you are wanting to travel all over the continent. If a tiny house on wheels building code through ANSI or an appendix to IRC ever comes into existence, we will happily comply and conform.
